The children live in France with their father, and due to the International Child Custody issues this case is getting a lot of attention. But now the court is getting frustrated with the mother, who has repeatedly refused to put the father on the birth certificate, and has not helped the relationship grow between the children and dad. A sure sign of Parental Alienation and one of the main reasons why courts like Los Angeles Superior Court award custody to the targeted parent.
